As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Trainee Retrofit Coordinator and build a long-term career in retrofit.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enter the retrofit industry and develop a career in project coordination.
Working alongside our experienced Retrofit Coordinators, you will gain hands-on exposure to PAS 2035 processes, client liaison, project administration and technical documentation.
We will provide full training and support towards your Retrofit Coordinator accreditation, giving you the skills and knowledge to progress into a fully qualified coordination role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Retrofit Coordinators in managing domestic retrofit projects in accordance with PAS 2035.
- Assist with the preparation, review and management of project documentation.
- Help coordinate the activities of Retrofit Assessors, Designers and contractors.
- Maintain accurate project records and assist with progress reporting.
- Liaise with clients, residents and stakeholders under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support quality assurance processes and help ensure project compliance.
- Develop your knowledge of PAS 2035, energy efficiency standards and retrofit delivery.
- Comply with relevant health and safety requirements and company procedures.

Essential Requirements
- A genuine interest in energy efficiency, sustainability and the built environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage your time effectively and work to deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office or equivalent.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Experience
- Some experience or knowledge of domestic energy efficiency, construction or housing.
- Awareness of PAS 2035 or the UK retrofit standards framework.
- Experience in a project support, coordination or administrative role.
- Knowledge of ECO, Warm Homes or other government-funded retrofit schemes.
