As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and accredited Retrofit Coordinator to join our team.

The Role

As a Retrofit Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end retrofit projects in full compliance with PAS 2035.

You will act as the central point of contact between clients, assessors, designers, contractors and other stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest technical standards.

This is a key role within our consultancy and offers the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of domestic retrofit programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic retrofit projects in accordance with PAS 2035 from inception through to completion.
  • Manage the appointment and activities of Retrofit Assessors, Designers and other project team members.
  • Review and approve Retrofit Assessment and Retrofit Design documentation.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete and compliant with PAS 2035 requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, housing providers, local authorities and delivery partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Oversee post-installation inspections and ensure works are completed to specification.
  • Maintain accurate project records and produce progress reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of internal quality management processes.
  • Comply with relevant health and safety requirements and company procedures.

Essential Requirements

  • Accredited Retrofit Coordinator qualification (PAS 2035).
  • Demonstrable experience coordinating domestic retrofit projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of PAS 2035 and the wider retrofit standards framework.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good IT skills including use of project management and documentation tools.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience coordinating large-scale domestic retrofit programmes under ECO, Warm Homes or similar schemes.
  • Background in energy assessment, retrofit design or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience working with social housing providers, local authorities or principal contractors.
  • Knowledge of PAS 2030 and relevant Building Regulations.
  • Familiarity with TrustMark and Retrofit Academy frameworks.
